why am i taking you up there ?
The mountain has been my whole life for a very long time, my zone of withdrawal, of empowerment. It is there that I could listen to my heart, find my solutions, transform difficult moments.
On June 21, 2014, I had a stroke: the mountains were over for me, and altitude even more so.
For years I have been trying to find a way to go back, to defy the doctors' predictions, to find the path to love, where my greatest freedom lies.
In November 2022, I was finally able to go back, to regain my power over my life, because I alone decide what I can do or not. Quite naturally, I went to see the mountain dearest to my heart, the mother goddess of the heavens, who during all these years of doubts, struggles and hopes never let me go.
This is where I take you, where everything is possible, where you find your power to come down a new woman. More powerful, more confident, more loving.

Everest : the mother goddess
Everest is the highest mountain in the world, culminating at 8848m.
In Nepali it is called Sagarmatha "the mother goddess of the sky" and in Tibetan Chomolungma "mother goddess of the world".
This mountain is the mother goddess of our Earth, the divine feminine principle. Mountains represent the most powerful feminine forces in the world. That of the Earth coupled with that of the powerful fire of Kundalini Shakti, the primordial life energy, of feminine essence.
The program :
Before leaving :
A free discovery call to ensure that this adventure is right for you (physical condition and training ideas, if the formula suits you) and to answer your questions.
A Zoom call 2 weeks before departure, to get to know the whole group and make final preparations for the trip.
During the stay :
Day 1 to 3: Arrival in Kathmandu, shamanic teaching session, breathwork, temples visits, technical shopping as well as a session with a woman Nepalese Shaman.
Day 4 to 11: Flight to Lukla and 6 days of trekking (between 400 and 700m of altitude difference per day) and 2 days of acclimatization/rest.
Jour 12 : Climbing Kalapatthar
Day 12 to 15: Descent trek and return flight to Kathmandu
Day 16: Final session of teachings and breathwork to anchor the journey

The Shamanic program during the trek:
First of all, each day we will all take a rest/nap time upon our arrival at the Lodge.
Then we will meet for a circle so that each of us can share what is happening to them (difficulties, understandings, etc.), I will coach you and do divinations if necessary, as well as rune drawings.
Every day a collective energetic treatment will be given to help each person's matrix to transform.
I will give you the instructions when the time comes to do “Dreams Incubation”, a protocol for traveling within nocturnal dreams to receive the teachings and messages intended for you.
I will make the necessary soul recoveries for each one if this arises.

Therapeutic and shamanic support H24.
1 hour of "trekkers" massage.
The guide and all his expenses.
